Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Randomegle, a browser-based random video chat that pairs adults for one-on-one conversations with strangers around the world. They cover how you may access the service, what you agree to when you connect a camera, how optional purchases work, and what happens when the rules are broken. Read them carefully, because they set out real rights and obligations for both sides.

By opening a chat, tapping a match, or otherwise using any part of Randomegle, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific notices shown at the point of use. If you do not agree with any part of this document, the right response is simple: do not use the service. Continuing to use Randomegle after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated version.

Who Can Use Randomegle

Randomegle is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher, before you use any part of the service. By connecting to a chat you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

The service is not designed for and must not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to access random video matching, and accounts or sessions that appear to belong to underage users may be restricted or removed without notice. If you share a device with younger family members, keep your credentials private and end sessions when you step away.

Because you meet strangers live, we encourage every new user to read our safety guidance before their first conversation. Understanding the tools available to you — skipping, blocking, and reporting — is part of using the platform responsibly, and it helps keep the experience good for everyone.

Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens through your use of Randomegle, including how you behave on camera, what you type, and anything you choose to show or share. If you create any credentials or link a sign-in method, keep those details confidential and do not let another person use them. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise hand off access to a third party.

Treat your own security as your responsibility. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or the technical checks that protect the community, and do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to connect. If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your session or information, stop using the affected method and take steps to secure it right away.

Above all, protect yourself when you meet strangers. Never hand out passwords, financial details, home addresses, or other sensitive personal information to someone you just met in a chat. A stranger who pressures you for money, private images, or personal data is a warning sign, and you should end the conversation and move on.

Acceptable Use

Randomegle exists for respectful, consensual conversation between adults. Use it lawfully, treat the people you meet with basic courtesy, and remember that a real person is on the other side of every connection. You are always free to leave a conversation you do not enjoy — the skip control ends it instantly and lines up a new partner, and you can shape the flow of your session through fast matching.

You agree to use the service only for personal, non-commercial conversation unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. That means no using Randomegle as a channel for advertising, recruiting, off-platform payment schemes, mass messaging, or any activity that turns spontaneous chat into a sales funnel. The value of the platform depends on genuine, good-faith interaction.

You are also responsible for complying with the laws of your own country and region while you use the service. Some conduct that is tolerated in one place may be unlawful in another, and it is your job — not ours — to know and respect the rules that apply where you are.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain behavior is never allowed on Randomegle, regardless of context. You may not harass, threaten, stalk, extort, or abuse other users; display or solicit any sexual content involving minors or any other unlawful material; broadcast violence, self-harm, or graphic content; promote hatred against people based on who they are; or impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to deceive others.

You also may not use the service to distribute malware or malicious links, to scrape or harvest data about other users, to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform, or to run scams, phishing, or fraudulent commercial activity of any kind. These prohibitions exist to keep conversations safe, and they are applied strictly. Detailed standards are set out in our Community Guidelines, which are part of this agreement.

If another user breaks these rules during a session, you do not have to tolerate it. Skip or block them, and file a report through our report tool so our team can review the incident. Serious violations, especially those involving illegal content, may be preserved and referred to the appropriate authorities.

Content and Conduct During Chats

Randomegle connects you to strangers in real time and does not pre-screen live conversations. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, what other people say or show while you are connected to them. You meet and interact with other users entirely at your own risk, and you should exercise the same judgment you would with any stranger.

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit — your words, your camera feed, and anything you choose to display. Do not show anything you would not want recorded or seen beyond the conversation, and be aware that other people can behave unpredictably. If a session turns uncomfortable, uses the skip and block controls immediately, and lean on the reporting and safety tools we provide to protect yourself.

Coins, VIP, and Virtual Items

Randomegle is free to start, and new users receive free matches so they can try the experience before spending anything. We will never claim the service is free forever or unlimited — some optional extras carry a cost, and we are clear about that. Paid features may include coins, VIP membership, and virtual gifts, offered through our coins and VIP options and the virtual gifts you can send during a chat.

Prices, descriptions, and usage rules are shown at the point of purchase, and payments are handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not necessarily store full payment card details ourselves. When you buy a digital item, you are purchasing a limited license to use it within Randomegle, not an ownership stake in anything.

Coins, VIP benefits, and virtual gifts have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable except where the law requires otherwise. Completed purchases of digital goods or consumed benefits are generally non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or suspected payment abuse may result in cancelled orders, withdrawn benefits, or account restrictions.

Moderation and Enforcement

We combine automated detection, user reports, and human review to keep Randomegle safe and welcoming. No single method is perfect, so the layers work together — automated signals flag likely problems quickly, reports bring context from real users, and human review handles the judgment calls that software cannot.

To enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines, we may take a range of actions at our reasonable discretion, including issuing warnings, removing content, limiting access to features such as matching or purchases, and suspending or terminating access entirely. Where a violation is serious or repeated, we may act without prior notice to protect the community.

Enforcement decisions are made to protect users and the integrity of the service, not to punish arbitrarily. We may preserve relevant records where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance, and we may cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Randomegle available, secure, and enjoyable, but we provide it on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, security, or business reasons, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently or without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific number of matches, or any particular social or personal outcome from using the service. Match quality, response rates, and who you connect with are inherently unpredictable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Randomegle and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes losses tied to interactions with other users, user-generated content, third-party services, or unauthorized access that results from your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing here restricts rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

The Randomegle platform — including its software, interface design, branding, logos, layout, and the text and graphics we create — is owned by Randomegle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit our protected materials without authorization.

You keep whatever rights you already have in content you lawfully create and share during a chat. By transmitting that content through the service, however, you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to route, display, moderate, and operate it within Randomegle. You should only share content you have the right to use, and you remain responsible if your content infringes someone else's rights.

Privacy and Data

How we collect, use, store, and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an important part of these Terms. We encourage you to read it so you understand what information is involved when you use random video chat and what choices you have.

For any question specifically about data rights, retention, cookies, third-party processing, or how we approach the privacy of people who are too young to use the service, the Privacy Policy is the primary reference. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable privacy or data protection law.

Termination and Changes to These Terms

You may stop using Randomegle at any time, and doing so ends this agreement for the future while leaving in place any obligations that by their nature should survive, such as those relating to prohibited conduct, disclaimers, and limitation of liability. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our guidelines, or if we reasonably need to protect the service, other users, or the public.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, product design, legal requirements, or risk controls. When we make a material change, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the platform. Your continued use of Randomegle after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, so it is worth checking back periodically.
